Danger: Truth at Work: The Courage to Accept the Unknowable

The Courage to Accept the Unknowable

Amazon; Barnes&Noble, Indiebound, Others;  eBook

Danger: Truth at Work goes to the heart of our most fundamental human issues. Why can’t we just live happily and be content? While we seem to have all the knowledge we need to solve our problems, we haven’t. In this timely book, Osho explains that religious conditioning has held us back. Each chapter covers a different aspect of this conditioning, and, in gentle but persuasive language, shows readers how to transcend it. Individual chapters cover such subjects as The Nuclear Family: The Imminent Meltdown; Pseudo-Religion: The Stick-on Soul; They Say Believe, I Say Explore; and Ecstasy Is Now: Why Wait? and others. The enclosed DVD gives a firsthand experience of the process of spiritual renewal, which Osho calls a “dry cleaning of the mind.” Osho left a rich legacy of video recordings that form the basis of this important book and video.

OSHO: The Goose is Out – Zen in Action

Zen in Action

A series of talks by Osho responding to questions from an international audience before Osho enters a period of silence.
That which is never lost cannot be found, and to search for it is absurd. But the moment this absurdity is understood all seeking stops by itself and that which is never lost is found! That is why I say: Seek and you will not find, because the very seeking is the barrier. The search itself is the hindrance because it creates the seeker, the ego, the illusion that “I am.” And I am not. Do not seek and you will find it: the I-am-not-ness. This nothingness is the gate. The Gateless gate. Riko once asked Nansen to explain to him the old problem of the goose in the bottle. If a man puts a gosling into the bottle, he said, and feeds the gosling through the bottle’s neck until it grows and grows and becomes a goose – and then there is simply no more room inside the bottle, how can the man get it out without killing the goose or breaking the bottle? RIKO! shouted Nansen, and gave a great clap with his hands. Yes master! said Riko with a start. See! said Nansen. The goose is out! Osho

OSHO: The Tantra Experience (paperback)

Evolution through Love

Paperback ISBN-13: 978-0983640035, Osho Media International Barnes & Noble Amazon BMA Other eBook edition

“The days of tantra are coming. Sooner or later tantra will explode for the first time in the masses, because for the first time the time is ripe — ripe to take sex naturally. One thing to be remembered always: if you are not very alert you may go on believing that you are moving into tantra, and you may be simply rationalizing your sexuality — it may be nothing but sex, rationalized in the terminology of tantra. If you move into sex with awareness, it can turn into tantra. If you move into tantra with unawareness, it can fall and become ordinary sex.

This life is a gift from existence, to be lived and enjoyed. But with the seemingly impossible and conflicting demands of society, morality and culture, people struggle with feelings of unfulfilled potential, frustration and guilt, rather than living full lives.

The world of Tantra has no division between higher and lower. The simple, ordinary, things of life are transformed into great things when we enter into them totally – be it car fixing, floor cleaning or lovemaking. Osho shows how, living this vision, new heights of consciousness and freedom are realized.

OSHO: The Journey of Being Human (eBook)

Is It Possible to Find Real Happiness in Ordinary Life?

Kindle Nook Kobo iBook Sony The Series  Print Edition

Man is a bridge, says Osho, between the animal and the divine – and our awareness of this   dual aspect of our nature is what makes us human. It is also what makes us restless, full of conflict, so often at the crossroads of selfishness and generosity, of love and hate, frailty and strength, hope and despair. The Journey of Being Human looks into how we might embrace and accept these apparent contradictions, rather than trying to choose between them, as the key to transforming each twist and turn of life’s journey into a new discovery of who we are meant to be.

The Osho Life Essentials series  focuses on the most important questions in the life of the individual.
